Return & Replacement Policy – Kalpanik Store

At Kalpanik Store, your satisfaction is our priority. While each product is carefully checked before shipping, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. Here’s how we handle returns and replacements:

1. Damaged or Defective Product

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • All tags/accessories must be intact
  • Proof required: Continuous unboxing video is preferred; if not possible, clear photos showing the product and packaging are acceptable

2. Wrong Product Received

Received the wrong product? Notify us within 24 hours.

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof required: Continuous unboxing video preferred; clear photos acceptable

Note: Slight color variations due to screen settings are not considered valid for returns or refunds.

3. Size Mismatch (Replacement Only)

If the size doesn’t fit, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Only replacement is allowed (no refunds/exchanges)
  • Return shipping is free; forward shipping applies

We recommend checking the size chart carefully before ordering.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if the product is defective or wrong.

  • Refunds will be processed after we receive the product and it passes quality checks
  • Valid proof (video/photos) must be submitted
  • Refund timeline: Within 10 business days of approval
  • Refunds are not applicable after 10 days of delivery or without valid proof
