- All tags/accessories must be intact
- Proof required: Continuous unboxing video is preferred; if not possible, clear photos showing the product and packaging are acceptable

Received the wrong product? Notify us within 24 hours.

Note: Slight color variations due to screen settings are not considered valid for returns or refunds.
3. Size Mismatch (Replacement Only)
If the size doesn’t fit, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Only replacement is allowed (no refunds/exchanges)
- Return shipping is free; forward shipping applies
